Refund policy
The Skin Bazaar has a strict NO RETURN policy.
Refunds will be issued in the following cases:
- If you receive a damaged product,
- If your order is lost or delayed by the shipping carrier during shipping,
- If an incorrect address was entered at checkout (before order has shipped only)
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In the case of an incorrect address, please contact us before your order ships so we can cancel your order and issue a refund. Once your order has shipped, we are no longer responsible for any address errors.
Please allow 3-5 business days for us to review your refund request. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method, and you should see the amount reflected in your account once it’s processed.
